Miscellaneous Services For Fabric Care - Herald Square

At All boro Carpet, we provide a range of services for the cleaning and upkeep needs of homes and offices. Our team is prepared for tasks of any scale. We understand that keeping an interior in good shape often needs more than basic cleaning, which is why we offer these additional services to help your fabrics and floor coverings stay in great shape.

Here’s a list of other services we provide

Rug Dyeing and Blocking

Our rug dyeing service focuses on reviving the color of your rugs, helping to return their original depth. We also provide rug blocking to fix rugs that have developed waves or an unlevel surface over the years. The dyeing process concentrates on spots that have lost their intensity, while the blocking work gently encourages the rug to return to its proper flat state. This assists in eliminating possible trip spots and brings back a tidy look to your floor coverings.

Rug Storage

We provide a storage option for your rugs for times up to three months. Your pieces are kept in a special area that is safe from moisture, shifts in temperature, and pests. Each rug is handled with care and stored in a manner that stops permanent bends or wrinkles from developing. This is a useful choice for those in the middle of home projects or who want to change their décor with the seasons, giving you peace of mind that your rugs are being looked after.

Window Shades and Blinds Repair

Our team can also help with issues concerning window shades and blinds in your home or office, aiding in keeping their function and look. We address troubles like stuck parts, controls that do not work, and slats that need care. We know many different types and styles. Handling these matters quickly can extend the life of your window coverings and help your spaces keep an orderly and put-together appearance.

Carpet Stretching, Removal, and Disposal

If your carpet has begun to show wrinkles or feels unsecured underfoot, our stretching service will make it smooth and firm again. We also take care of the complete removal and disposal of old carpets when you are planning something new. A carpet that is not lying flat can be a trouble and tends to show wear more easily in busy areas. Our approach re-anchors the material, getting rid of unattractive wrinkles. For removal, we oversee the whole job from beginning to end.

New Rug Pads

We have new rug pads on hand to put a layer of cushion under your area rugs and stop them from moving. We have several choices to suit different rug types and floor surfaces. A suitable rug pad makes walking on your rug more comfortable and helps the rug last longer by cushioning everyday use. It also provides steadiness on slick floors, making your home or office more secure. The correct pad can even assist with noise and warmth.
